Your Appraiser will then direct you into an appraisal bay where they’ll discuss the damages with you and put together an estimate for your vehicle collision repair. Depending on the extent of the damages, your Appraiser may also meet with you when you come to pick up your vehicle to review the completed repairs.
Bob Blackburn
Bob works as an appraiser at Empire and has got 40 years of auto body experience, both in the shop and in the office. For this reason, he insists he’s not just another pretty face. Bob loves the challenges that come with coordinating and communicating with the various parties involved during a vehicle repair, and also the variety of work that comes through the shop. His dream car would be a red ‘60s muscle car.
Denise Backshall
As an appraiser, Denise’s strong organizational skills prove to be invaluable as she oversees crucial aspects of the appraisal and repair process. More importantly, her friendly and happy personality comes in hand as she interacts with people and helps them through the repair process. Denise is currently driving her dream car: an F350 King Ranch.
Ron Billingsley
Ron’s co-workers call him one of the most hard-working people they’ve ever met, and it’s a good thing, because his work as an appraiser is certainly demanding. Ron enjoys the daily interactions he has with Empire customers and staff, and people are always uplifted by his good humour and positive attitude. Ron’s dream car is a red 2-door hard top ’60 Chevrolet Impala.
George Powney
George has been in the auto body industry for over 25 years, and with Empire as an appraiser. He enjoys the family atmosphere at Empire, and so does his dog Rosco, who’s become the unofficial team mascot. George’s current dream car is the new 2011 Shelby Mustang GT 500, in blue.
