Share What You Know
We’re going to give you more detail than you would normally expect because we want you to be armed with knowledge. We don’t believe in keeping trade secrets and we don’t believe in keeping our customers in the dark; we’re proud of our work and want to share our knowledge with you.
Take Pride in Our Shops
If you don’t feel comfortable in our shops, that’s a problem we need to fix. This goes for our team as well. If you don’t feel comfortable with the tools you have or your ability to learn in our environment, we want to fix that too.

If we don’t know your expectations, then how do we exceed them? We find out what those expectations are, then find ways to surpass them.
